AKA I FINALLY POSTED THIS LOL

I don't have a concrete excuse as to why this is so delayed. I was busy though buying the latest issue of VMAN ~~which I've never read in my entire life~~ because I wanted the cover and 2 page spread of James Franco. Even my dad was impressed by James on the cover, he couldn't believe it was Harry from Spiderman! And it was 6 bucks, who was I to resist? :9 The entire mag though is chock-full of sharp-angled men and hnnnng it's like i've died and gone to straight-edged heaven <33 Spent the past two days re-painting and cleaning ~~and nearly re-hauling it felt like~~ an entire basement with the parentals since we've got a new tenant moving in tomorrow, and I've gotten a lot of xmas shopping done too with my mom these past two or so weeks; mostly for the fam-jam since I got the stuff for my two best friends weeks ago and uhhh, what else? /really scrabbling for excuse here lol I just never really had enough time this past while to sit down and get this badboy out was all. |Db

I'm mostly posting this because I really need my journal to be made up of more than just icon posts, ahaha. Annnnd, I have a certain tendency to take my bro's suggestions quite literally.

Long story short? He shouldn't have gotten fed up with me listening/singing to Sotto Kyutto (the acoustic guitar ver.) on heavy rotation for the last two weeks and suggest that I just record the stupid thing already. Because I did and this is what came of it. /HA

NGL. A big part of me wanted to hear how badly I could butcher the Japanese language anyway.

But More Importantly.

WHAT IS THIS I READ ABOUT NAKAI APPARENTLY WRITING A MURDER MYSTERY?!

I am seriously and wholeheartedly praying to the gods of everything that is fantabulous that this rumour is REAL. Oh, and JSYK, to make the rumour even Cooler Than It Already Is™, apparently Nakai wants Nino ~~yeah, that's right, THAT NINO~~ to play the lead (because there seems to be interest in a drama adaptation).

I think there could be some legitimacy here. Nakai loves to read, despite how surprising that may seem to some, and he's talked about wanting to direct stuff and having ideas and whatnot AND I JUST REALLY WANT THIS TO BE REAL, KAY? ;A;

That's all I've got. Admittedly, I didn't want this post to only be about my recording and I needed to flail this shit out anyway, so yeah.

/goes back to listening to Sweet Thing on repeat

P.S. If anyone has any recs for TOKIO music, I would totally appreciate it. Besides the usual Sorafune, that is. I have YET to immerse myself into their stuff, really, and I love the doods, but I've just never known where to start in terms of their discography and I think it's really sad that the only song of theirs I have is their acapella cover of lion heart. /brick'd repeatedly
